Graduation is just around the corner! (More info to come soon.)
We will begin the month preparing for Mother’s Day and then study the
different types of weather, and finish with creepy crawlers. Thanks to everyone
who chaperoned the trip to the Zoo– we had a great time! We hope everyone
has a wonderful Mother’s Day!

May is going to be a beautiful month with the colors of the season changing! We are looking forward to playing outside and doing projects with flowers and butterflies. Remember– Kindergarten has no school on May 17, so look for our extra day sign-up sheet!

This month we are going to make our Mother’s Day gift! Since the snow put off our volcano plans, we will be decorating and erupting our volcano this month! Happy May!

Only 2 months left until school ends! We’re looking forward to Mother’s
Day and giving our moms their special presents. Hopefully all the April showers
will have brought us flowers!

Monkeys
We will honor our mothers on their special day in May! We will
also celebrate the coming of summer by discussing and playing many summer
sports. We will cover baseball, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, and swimming.
We will end the month by discussing how we honor our troops in the armed forces.

Greetings Turtle families! May begins with a secret project for Mom in celebration of Mother’s Day. This month we will explore nutrition and our five senses. Hopefully, we will also be moving back into our classroom! Thanks for your patience as we make this transition!

As the last month of Panda Preschool is underway, we look forward to celebrating Mother’s Day, warmer weather, and the end of the school year. Our last day of class (also our family picnic) for the 3 year old class is Thursday, May 27, and the last day for the 4’s is Friday, May 28. The (optional) Panda Disney Camp sign up is now available. Camp will run from Tuesday, June 1– Friday, June 11. Further details about all of these events will be available soon! Thank you for all of your help and support throughout the entire school-year. It has been another wonderful year with your children. Best wishes for a safe and happy summer!

Hoppers
“Once upon a time”, the Hoppers class began learning about “characters”,
“settings”, and “plots” in a story...this is the plan
for May as we begin our fairy tales unit. We’ll be acting out the stories,
also, and presenting these mini-plays to some of the other classes. We’ll
also create our own fairy tales, as “authors” and “illustrators”,
and having lots of fun with it all! We’d like to extend a very happy
Mother’s Day wish to all of the wonderful Hopper’s moms!

May and warm weather are finally here! This month, we will be working on some special Mother’s Day activities. We will also be talking about Spring, planting, and insects.
