• Enrollment is open to all children, aged two to eleven years, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin or gender.
• Each child must be toilet trained, except in the 2’s class.
• The Center operates on an academic year. The school year program runs from the last week of August to mid June.

School Year Programs

Full Day Preschool
Ages: 2* to 5 years
Hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Schedule: 10 month program which follows the Center’s holiday closings.
Snow Days: The Center will be open whenever possible.
*Turning 2 years of age by December 1st (All other classes have an age determination date of September 1st.)

Before and After School Care
Ages: 5 to 12 years (K-5TH grade)
Before Hours: 7 a.m. until 9:00 a. m.
After Hours: 3:30 until 6 p.m.
Schedule: Late August through June school year.
Snow Days: The Center will be open whenever possible.*
CPCFCCC Late Openings/Early Dismissals: The Center will be open as announced in either circumstance on WBAL radio (1090).
Other Closings: There will be a tuition charge for Before/After school children who attend the Center on days when the Center is open and public/private schools are closed.

Per the BCPS Calendar, BCPS scheduled closings and/or scheduled early dismissals: CPCFCCC will be open for care on all scheduled BCPS closed days/early dismissals. There will be a tuition charge for school children that attend the Center on days/times when the Center is open and public/private schools are closed. You must sign up 2 weeks ahead for care and will be charged accordingly.

*BCPS delayed opening and/or unscheduled closing- Every attempt will be made to open the center on time. Care will be provided, but may be limited depending upon staffing. Please call for availability. There will be a tuition charge for school children that attend the Center on days/times when the Center is open and public schools are closed.

BCPS unscheduled early dismissals: CPCFCCC will not be able to pick up your children when Baltimore County schools dismiss early.
You must make other arrangements with your Baltimore County school and let them know your emergency back up plans.
We will be open for care after 3pm.

Half Day Preschool Program

Program runs from Sept. - May
Ages: 3 and 4 years
(3 year olds: 2days/week T/TH;
4 year olds: 3days/week M/W/F)
Hours:
Mornings: 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Snow Days: When the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) are closed, the Preschool Program will be closed. If BCPS open more than one hour late, morning session is canceled.
*Age determination date is Sept 1.

Summer Program

Full Day Care
Ages: 2 years old through Third Grade.
Hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Schedule: Begins the Monday following the closing of BCPS and concludes two weeks prior to the opening of BCPS. The Center is closed July 4th for Independence Day.
