Catonsville Presbyterian Church is a member of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians, which is a national broad-based group of clergy and lay leaders working for a church that is just, faithful, and whole. CPC seeks to support the mission and unity of the PC(USA) in a time of potentially divisive controversy, specifically around our current ordination standards. The Covenant Network articulates and acts on the church’s historic, progressive vision working toward a fully inclusive church. In a time when our denomination and society are very polarized, the Covenant Network works to bring people together, to accept our differences and similarities, finding a way to live and work together with all members of the PC(USA) to carry out the mission of the church.
