We welcome the whole family of God.  The youth of Catonsville Presbyterian participate in worship, church school, youth groups, and other activities to encourage them to learn and grow.  Follow the links below for more detailed information on some of these activities:

Youth Retreats
Youth are encouraged to attend these annual events sponsored by the Baltimore Presbytery and the Synod of North America. The weekend retreat for Middle School is in October, the Senior High in March. Synod leadership training is in late October / early November.

Mission Opportunities
Each month our Church School family participates in a mission project. We have contributed beehives and sheep to the Heifer Project; assembled personal care kits for refugees; delivered hundreds of jars of peanut butter and jelly to the local food pantry; and purchased Christmas gifts for the children at McKim Community Center in Baltimore.

The youth groups assemble care packages for military personnel in Iraq; serve meals at Our Daily Bread and Johns Hopkins Children’s Center; prepare casseroles for the Cold Weather Shelter; and sort food for the Maryland Food Bank.  Every third year, the senior highs go on a major mission trip.

Scholarships
Scholarships / Camperships are available for children and youth attending PC(USA) summer camp or leadership training events. Please contact Jean Puryear (410-465-4372) for an application form
